Andrew is knowledgeable, responsive, and really knows the Real Estate Market

Andrew and his team were great to work with. Andrew walked us through the process of selling our house with incredible insight in the Real Estate market, guiding on us on what we needed to do to sell our house. What changes and improvements would make our house more sellable, as well as bringing in a stager who made our property look its best. All the efforts paid off, an accepted offer after 2 days. Awesome agent

This is the second time I have used Andrew Nagy. First time was in 2017 when my wife and I bought our first home together. We had such a great experience working with Andrew and his team, they really kept us informed and walked us through the entire ordeal. When it was time to sell that home and move to a larger home we contacted Andrew and again, he was there for us the whole way, I’ve never been the easiest person to deal with but Andrew was patient and understanding. Another great experience!

Once again, Andrew helped us navigate a market with a lot of uncertainty. Andrew helped us maximize our sale price when we had difficulty comping against the housing inventory (young house vs new build pricing) and was able to get a deal negotiated through to sale within 2 weeks of listing. This is the 2nd time we have gotten a house sold in under a month with Andrew. Have and will continue to recommend Andrew to both seasoned and first time home buyers.

A Professional Who Knows the Trade and the Market

With over 20 years operating in the Lake Norman area, he knows the market, his competition, the builders, and many of the tradesmen. That kind of experience is invaluable, especially to a first-time buyer. The level of service provided is what builds a reputation, and Andrew has worked hard to earn his. He's always been prompt with communications and honest with his opinions (important!). His keen eye for spotting flaws to put on a punch list, whether in an older home or new construction, is also very much appreciated. At this point, I can't imagine using another realtor.
