Moving has always been a part of my life. Having a father who worked in the airline industry, we were relocated every 3 to 5 years. We would often move from state to state, but sometimes we would pack the boxes and come to a new home across the globe as we moved to different countries in Asia and Europe.
I moved to North Carolina in 1997, when I made the decision to move 8 hours away from home to attend Wake Forest University. I immediately fell in love with North Carolina and relocated from Winston-Salem to Lake Norman in 2003. I truly enjoy the quality of life the lake offers and its proximity to Charlotte.
