The Agent You Want for an Out-of-State Move

We recently relocated from New Jersey to North Carolina, and we couldn't have done it without our agent, Andrew Nagy. Managing a home purchase from several states away is no small task, but Andrew made the entire process feel manageable. He was incredibly responsive throughout, always quick to answer questions and keep things moving, which made a huge difference given the distance. Andrew consistently went above and beyond, including connecting us with trusted contractor recommendations as we settled in. He was also remarkably on top of every closing detail, staying ahead of items even more than the attorney did. We always felt like we were in good hands. If you're buying or selling, especially from a distance, we highly recommend Andrew Nagy.

Andrew is the ONLY Realtor that I would use to sell property!!

Andrew Nagi sold my previous home the day it went on the market so when I decided to sale again there is no one else that I wanted to call but him! He has so much knowledge and is always available for any questions or concerns. Many people have used Nagi Properties for multiple sales and that shows they were so happy they called again and again! I pretty much left the price, the negotiations, etc to him. He listed my home and then negotiated with the buyer's agent when needed. In the end the sale was done and now I can move on. I want to thank Nagi Properties for everything! I trust them completely and it paid off for me. If you want an honest company to sale the most expensive thing most people own, Nagi Properties is the company you should use!

Fantastic experience buying and selling with Andrew

Andrew Nagy originally sold us our home and was the only person we trusted when it came time to sell. He is a total straight shooter who is easy to build a rapport with and stays highly communicative throughout the entire process. From the very first meeting my wife and were impressed with their knowledge of the region, inventory and partners to locate the perfect property and then navigating the many steps to a smooth closing.
