The community will sit just off Exit 31 on I-77, between Oak Harbor and the Waterfront at Langtree, putting residents close to just about everything.

The Approval Process
Getting the project approved took a few extra steps.
When plans were first presented to the Mooresville Town Board, neighboring residents expressed concerns about the height of the three-story townhomes, landscaping buffers between communities, and proposed pedestrian connections.
Rather than voting immediately, the board postponed its decision to allow Mattamy Homes time to revise the proposal.
The updated plan added a 30-foot tree buffer between the new community and neighboring homes, adjusted sidewalk plans so they would only be built with neighboring property owners’ approval, and included a future crosswalk subject to NCDOT approval. After those revisions, the town approved the rezoning, annexation, and utility extensions needed for the project to move forward.
